Tart

The other day I was bored in class, so I searched recipes on internet just for fun. That's when I found a recipe for making pastry cream/custard and realized it was very easy to make and I had almost everything at home :D (context: I L O V E pastry cream). And well, the thing is that last Friday I started making it; the only ingredient I was missing was vanilla essence (because it's very expensive) but I solved it by adding cinnamon and tangerine peels to the milk while it was heating up (it turned out very tasty). Now, as you will notice, this blog post is called "tart" and not "pastry cream". It turns out that when I finished the pastry cream I really didn't know what to do with it (I didn't want to eat it just like that because it was so good), so I went looking for options and found a pretty easy tart crust.
To make a long story short, I made this tart with pastry cream, and some caramelized apple and nectarine slices [Image below (o v o)]. I tried it with my family during tea time and it turned out really good, at least for my first time :D.
